Ben Hatt has over 12 years of experience in the renewable energy space, covering solar, wind, energy storage. He is an expert in energy markets, go-to-market strategies, business development and M&A, transmission interconnection, project valuation, PPA structuring and negotiation, policy and regulations, and RFPs. He leverages his expertise to deliver market-leading solutions to the market supporting developers and IPPs to achieve their development and origination goals. He has a proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies, brokering & negotiating the sale and purchase assets, as well as success closing off take agreements in regulated and deregulated markets, Ben’s specialties are powered by his ability to expand customer outreach, relationships, and ultimately revenues. He is passionate about powering the energy transition with a value-based, consultative, and collaborative approach.

Ben has closed on over $350 million of deals for his clients, closed hundreds of contracts and serves as a board member for the COSSA Institute.
